You will be taken to a screen where you can view all of the videos you have watched in the last seven days. The instructions in method 3 can be followed if you want a watch history of more than seven days.

When you accidentally refresh your feed on TikTok, you can use this method to find videos. Follow the instructions below after opening the TikTok app on your phone.
- Go to the Discover tab.
- In the top-right corner, click the Search icon.
- By typing an asterisk in the search box, you can narrow your results.
- On the right-hand side of the search bar, tap the Filters icon.
- Press Apply after selecting Watched Videos.
Asterisks indicate that it will find and list all videos you have watched within the last seven days. In this way, you can find TikTok videos you watched but didn’t like. Your watch history can also be searched using a specific keyword or keyphrase. This will save you some scrolling time.

- Go to Profile.
- Tap the 3-line icon in the top right.
- Navigate to Privacy.
- Under and Personalize data section, you will find the Download your data option; tap on it.
- Now, choose either a TXT file or a JSON file.
- Tap Request Data at the bottom.
- Once your request has been approved (it will not take any more than 4 days), you will be able to download your data.
- In that downloaded ZIP folder, you can find your watch history in a file called Video Browsing History.
